Friday Files – New Fermoie – Mantua

To the English court of Queen Anne and King George I,  a Mantua dress was the height of fashion.

Mantua’s soft palette echoes sophistication from its namesake in Italy but actually owes allegiance for its mid scale floral stripe far further East.

Hand drawn in Fermoie’s studio and then lovingly produced in their factory Mantua is a union of skill in colour mixing and traditional manufacturing process.

Printed on Fermoie’s beautiful new cotton and linen union Mantua is at once perfect for upholstery, curtains or walling.

Mantua launched early 2017 in 9 colours across the Fermoie colour families.
