With offices in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, we have been lucky to go behind the scenes and talk to General Manager, Jeremy Gomo to find out more
Tell us a bit about the business and what you do?
This is a family owned and run business, with offices across Australia. With strong family values, we do what we say, make sure customers are happy. Highest customer satisfaction is paramount.
We have an industry focus on trade with three divisions in the business – contracted builders nationally, the design division as well as the projects division. Our contracts are with around 50 builders across Australia, and have worked with leading construction companies such as Metrocon and Burbank.
We have a network of interior design, architects, builders that are our go to people, from extreme high-end residential to out of the box designs. Our project division crosses over with the design division. They however work with extreme high-end multi-tenant builds from hotels, hospitality and aged care.
What type of clients do you work with?
Everybody. Every division deals with different people. Builders, hoteliers, aged care, clients, architects, designers, contractors. We are involved in every step of the build.
Tell us how your workroom runs?
Centralised manufacturing and distribution. Different workrooms, different supply channels for different divisions. These are state based. We are nearly 100% Australian made.
What are the favourite picks of Boyac’s products?
De Le Cuona, great stuff. Loves Vienna Velvet! “want to make a pillow out of it!”
How does your business operate, from client to manufacture, to installation?
Do everything – we install, we manufacture everything. We act as consultant too, involved in every step.
What is next for Lovelight?
We want to grow our business further, expanding into Western Australia and New Zealand.
