This week we chat with Adelaide Bragg about picnics and her favourite part of Melbourne.
NORTH OR SOUTHSIDE?
When in Melbourne I prefer the south side of town. My favourite part of Melbourne is driving around the river with the Botanical gardens on one side, with its beautiful trees, and wonderful architecture on the other.
PUB MEAL, PICNIC OR POSH RESTAURANT?
I love the simplicity of a picnic in the paddock on our family property near Scone.
PROUDEST CAREER ACHIEVEMENT?
I am probably most proud of the fact that I have managed to run a successful business since I was 23.
CAMPING, GLAMPING OR BOUTIQUE HOTEL?
It would have to be camping in a swag on the red dirt in the salt bush country under the stars. There really is nothing better!
WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU WERE 8?
I have always been interested in creative pursuits, when I was eight I wanted to be a florist.
BOOKS, MAGAZINES OR BLOGS?
All of the above! I love reading books for relaxation and stimulation, mags for gossip and blogs for sourcing and design inspiration.
