FRIDAY FILES – Celebrating our Partnership with VillageWorks

Boyac’s Partnership with VillageWorks has been long-standing, focusing on the empowerment of women and men to find a stable income through handcrafted production in Cambodia. We send our discontinued fabrics and sampling where they are up-cycled into hand-crafted products.

Anak at VillageWorks is committed to providing training of people in small communities across rural areas in sewing and handcrafting to provide additional income. Our fabrics are used to produce bags, small coin purses, pencil cases and other fabric products. The VillageWorks role in organising, equipping and inspiring rural communities with the producing these goods have seen immense improvements – providing members with meaningful work and stronger economic stability.
