The names Antoine d’Albiousse and Destombes are synonymous with French classic style. This fabric company has been supplying a range of tapestries, silks, plain velvets and Velvet of Genoa since 1910.
In 2007, Antoine d’Albiousse bought the business and, in doing so, set to update its traditional offering. His first collection included high level linens, cottons and materials that create a simple, effortless and elegant style for homes. Showcasing visual, tactile and sensual, weaved materials, the Antoine D’Albiousse collection includes several solid colours, ancient stripe and jacquards.
Today we visit the Paris home and showroom of the owner, Antoine d’Albiousse. This beautiful apartment is decorated with classic French furniture upholstered in a luxurious mix of rich velvets, organic linens, and textured weaves. A visual delight!
