27 Jul Friday Files – Luigi Bevilacqua on the runway
Luigi Bevilacqua’s bespoke fabrics have been used by many of the top fashion houses. Transcending their traditional uses within interiors, these fabrics are leaving their mark on the runway. With the company’s base in Venice, Luigi Bevilacqua’s production processes are very unique using traditional techniques that require hours of work and highly-skilled craftsmen. These highly-desired Italian made fabrics have been adopted into fashion design by Europe’s leading fashion houses, with Miu Miu, Dolce & Gabbana and Prada, just to name a few, using these fabrics in parts of their collections.
